Right, as 2008 draws to a close we thought we'd sum up what we did.
If your thinking 'you didn't really do much' then you'd be damn right!
we spent the early part of '08 bedding Nick in on bass, which has been a pleasure, adding much needed creativity and food eating activities to the forefront.
We did a few gigs here and there, nothing of note to be honest.
We released the e.p. 'Crimson swept fields' which has a limited edition fold out art work (still available!).
We did a show with My awsome compilation who, check this, got paid far too much $$$ for 25 mins of substandard wank, we played for fuck all.......(i'd reveal the actual sum would it not compromise the band for future gigs, it was fucking stupid tho!)
This was Mike's last gig with the band, he quit next day!
We started and promptly completed the search for a new singer, we introduced Jon Eley (former Sanzen front man and all round funny guy) and just about started from scratch.
This made us write all new stuff in an organic way which has really raised our song writing to a new level, this process is time consuming hense why we haven't been out on the gig circuit recently.
We have songs, a great direction, harmony with in for the first time in years and are all happy with where we are.
We are resting over xmas, celebrating the birth of Christ like all good christians...........with presents, booze, over indulgence and shit TV. There may even be drugs.

We are going to be here, there and every-fucking-where, thats the plan, we want to show you what you've been missing (or not..). There will be new recodings, naked videos and mtv cribs.
It leaves us to wish you all a great Christmas and new year, enjoy the commercial break that will not save this countries mangled economy and get ready to come and see el cielo in some shit hole near you!!!
