The Spinks Music Group and The Underground Millionaires Militia are looking for foot soldiers prepared to do battles for us in 2007. We are looking for music industry marketing people (interns) who will be in college or high school and market the hell out of our artists and company within your ranks in your school.
You will need to be heavily connected in college via frat or sorority or some type of group. You will need to be somewhat popular or at least get a long with a bunch of peeps in your network of friends. You will interview via phone directly with Gerard Spinks our CEO and General Joint Chiefs of Staff. You will do all kinds of things as far as getting our artists out into the world market including online marketing and followup, radio promotions with college radio and commercial radio, promotions of our records to DJ's and clubs, and overall promotions to retailers.
Your mission, if you choose to accept, is not easy and not for the easily discouraged. You must have courage to fight forward and not accept no as an answer. You MUST love hip hop and know the history of HIP HOP and R&B music in America and abroad. You MUST know 80's hip hop, breaking, poppin', lockin', graffiti, 90's hip hop, 2G's hip hop and R&B and why the industry has changed and what makes it change now.
