Stone Gods's Blog
For Our Friend Stuart
We’re all in agreement that you’d be hard pressed to find a man so ferociously likeable, so relentlessly hilarious, so insatiably and contagiously dedicated to the art of “having fun” as dear, dear Cabo’.
To say we all fell instantly in love with him is a terrific understatement of the highest order.
Our deep sadness at his passing is only measured by how deeply we are honoured to having ever even met him, let alone have him bang the bejaysus out of the drums with us, ableit briefly.
Here’s to Captain Cabo’. What a desperately lovely bloke and what a desperately sad day for lovers of good old fashioned fun everywhere.

Very Sad News! I Was Gutted When I Heard!! RIP Big Man!
I saw him play with you guys in Birmingham, and he looked like he was having a whale of a time. Really sad to hear the news today. I'm sure we'll hear him banging the drums from up high!
I'm sorry for your loss.
Absolutely shocked. I just read the BBC news page and like Kelly Jones said Stuart just seemed like one of those guys who was going to be around forever.
I was lucky enough to be at the Barfly in September, thanks to Emma Scott infact, and he was epic that night. A tragic loss to his fans, friends, family and rock n' roll in general.
