I started mixing on my father's stereo with two cassette player decks using pause, play and record. When that didnt do much for me I started messing with my father's record player untill the needle broke. I used to stay up on friday and saterday night listening to radiostations 102.7fm and 101.5fm, paying keeen attention to the mixes and how each riddim and song was mixed in with each other. As music started to grow inside me I developed an 'ear for it. I would go to jamz (aka sweat box) and listen to the dj mix and obsrve the crowds reactions. The older I got the more I loved to mix, when I came to Miami I really was exposed to the DJ world. I started practising late at nights mixing any kind of music I could put my hands on. I started off mixing Dancehall, then went to Soca, then Hip Hop and even Rock, Pop, Oldies, Latin and Zouk. I practised and practised and gigs started rolling in along with radiostation spots. Now I'm part of the SMLarge foundation and I'm also on the leading internet radiostation, www.largeradio.com. Where DJ's from around the world come together to reunite and engrave small island music on the map for good. You can listen to our show every Wednesday from 8 - 2AM and any of the other DJ'S any other day of the week.
I need to get paid! I made a joke that I would be on 79th street...LOL. Yeah, you talented folks...I might as well just watch and catch some stuff. However, I am impatient a lot of times when it comes to learning.

Yea man...it was cool. I am too stubborn to try and learn how to be better. When I have the patience, then I will do it better. Training? Lawd, that must've been boring dred. You got paid for it?
