Created in February 2005, The Peaks just began it's Rock'n Roll era! The gathering of these four members, having different musical backgrounds, gave birth to a unique music vision..... In the spring of 2006, THE PEAKS was hitting U.S. radio markets in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Miami, and every other top fifty markets. Their songs are as visceral as the first time you've heard Oasis, or The Cure or even Morrissey. Influenced by The Beatles, Coldplay and U2, the members got to live all together 24/7 for their album preparation, which lasted 4 months, before recording the final product: Out of the box..... "It's been a long time since I have seen and heard a band that puts the heart back into good ROCK songwriting"---Vancouver Dispatch.... With a little over 20 thousand downloads of their songs, the band is now getting ready for a US tour in the summer followed by a UK tour in the fall of 2006.
