Standing Urination

 

Stand with feet shoulder width apart

Bend knees

    Slightly

Hands in front, alive

    You know where

Lean forward if you feel it

    To tuck the tailbone, straighten spine

 

Relax all of my muscles

Top to bottom

    Helps the flow

Shoulders tingle, go limp

    Lower back and abdominals follow

The legs always contest rest

   That’s ok, this is a standing exercise anyway

   

Focus on a special point in your lower insides

It is the center of this reaction

    Center of flow

Dan tien

    Bladder

Whatever

     if u focus on the dan tian enough that should stop your mid-stream .... then what now  it's very embarassing then ....
