About SIBERIAN-NEWSPAPER

SIBERIAN NEWSPAPER is an acoustic septet group that centers on the violin, and it was formed in 2005 in Japan.

Their 1st album [ASIATIC SPY] was released in 2006, which received hight praise from inside and outside of Japan. A half year later, they also made a big success in U.K. tour. "Like all music of the world." stated local media, and the reputation gradually spread. Having heard this news, BBC RADIO aired their songs over and over.

In 2007, they performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, the biggest rock festival in Japan.

Their exhaustively sought acoustic ensemble sometimes stirs one's passion intensely and sometimes whispers sentimentally. However, they have no hesitation in rejecting and rewriting their composition in order to create a new possibility of the acoustic ensemble. That marked a dramatic shift from their earlier [ASIATIC SPY].
