1997年 「Full Of Harmony」としてグループ結成。 数々のクラブイベントに参加、当時あまり見られなかった男性R&Bグループとして、一躍ストリートを騒がせた。

1999年「BABY」でインディーズデビュー。発売後即完売となる。これを機に「F.O.H」となる。同年10月「BE ALRIGHT」でREWIND RECORDINGSよりメジャーデビュー。
2000年 K-Ci&JOJOのオープニングアクトやZEEBRAの全国ツアーへ同行しつつ1st.AL「Full Of Harmony」をリリース。DOUBLEの復活シングル「handle」へのフィーチャリングや自身のクリスマスアルバム「Wishing A Special Christmas To You」にD.C.Tより吉田美和をフィーチャリングして多くの話題を呼んだ。

2001年 NYにてVINCENT HERBERTとコラボレーション、「ALL I WANT」をレコーディング。9月には2nd AL「F.O.H」をリリースすると共に初のワンマンライブ「Natural Born Sangstar」を東京、大阪のクアトロで行い超満員。その後ライムスターの「ウワサの真相」にフィーチャリングとして参加。

2002年 ライムスターの全国ツアーに同行後１年振りのシングル「Life Story/Who's that?～3Men鏡」を初のセルフプロデュースで7/24にリリース。10/30にはライムスターの全面プロデュースによるシングル「S.E.X featuring Rhymester」を、11/27には3rd AL「PROJECT VIKING」をリリース。

2003年 1/22には韓国映画『猟奇的な彼女』の日本語テーマ曲「I Believe」をシングルとしてリリースし、新たな一面を見せた楽曲として話題となる。その後レコード会社をビクターに移籍。7/23には移籍後第一弾シングル「Summer Gorgeous」をリリース。
12/11札幌を皮切りに12/30東京まで全国6箇所でツアーを行う。

2004年からは結成当時のユニット名"Full Of Harmony"としてさらに意欲的に活動開始。 3/3にシングル「Exclusive」リリース。9/22シングル「Rhythm」リリース。 11/17 4th AL「life size Speaker」リリース。全国４箇所のワンマンライブを行う。

2005年 角川映画「戦国自衛隊1549」主題歌となるシングル「涙の数だけ」を6/1にリリース。6/29にはベストコレクションアルバム「SIGLES 9905」をリリース。7/21にはシングル「PARTY TIME」リリース。同時期に全国６箇所７公演のワンマンライブツアーを行う。そして、11/9シングル「YOU&I」。12/16には初の映像作品となるビデオクリップ集 DVD「CLIPS 9905」をリリース。

2006年 1/11 5th AL「DRAMA」をリリース。9/20には全米ビルボードチャートNo.1アーティスト"Ne-Yo"プロデュースによる「BRAND NEW DAY」をリリースし話題となり、11/22には、 Full Of Harmonyのために組まれたアメリカ全土が注目する新進気鋭のプロデューサーユニット"JIMI KENDRIXXX&JAIDEN"による「SWEET NOVEMBER」をリリース。同時期に行われた札幌・大阪・東京での3箇所のツアーは即完売となる盛り上がりを見せる。

2007年 2006年からの海外レコーディングの締めくくりとして、アメリカのR&Bシーンを代表する超大物ヒットメーカー"Teddy Riley"のフィーチャリング＆プロデュースシングル 「G.O.O.D TIMES feat.Teddy Riley」を3/21にリリース。4/4にはこの一連の"海外プロジェクト"の、まさに集大成とも言うべき作品、6th AL「Ｗ」をリリース。5月には全国5箇所のワンマンライブ 大盛況で終了し、秋にはTeddy Riley Japan Tour にも同行、観客からも媒体からもそしてTeddy Rileyからも大喝采の高い評価を受ける。 冬には「White Album ～Winter Best」というまさにFull Of Harmonyの楽曲の良さを再確認させられる作品のリリースをひっさげて2008年明けてすぐに全国ツアーを決行。

そして4月30日、待望の７枚目のオリジナルアルバム「ENERGY」をリリース。今年秋より、2009年に向かって10周年YEARが始まる！！！

I form a group as "Full Of Harmony" in 1997. I participated in many club events and was able to disturb a street at a bound in those days as the man R & B group which was not seen very much.

It is an independent movie debut in "BABY" for 1999 years. I become sold out after release immediately. I become "F.O.H" taking advantage of this. A debut major in October of the year in "BE ALRIGHT" than REWIND RECORDINGS. I release 1st.AL "Full Of Harmony" while joining an opening act of K-Ci&JOJO and a national tour of ZEEBRA in 2000. I did a feature ring of Miwa Yoshida than D.C.T in feature ring to revival single "handle" of DOUBLE and Christmas album "Wishing A Special Christmas To You" of own and called many topics.

I record VINCENT HERBERT and collaboration, "ALL I WANT" in NY in 2001. I release 2nd AL "F.O.H" in September and it is Tokyo, Quattro of Osaka and performs first autocratic live broadcasting "Natural Born Sangstar" and is jam-packed. I participate in "the truth of the rumor" of the lime star afterwards as a feature ring.

I release the single "Life Story/Who's that? - 3Men mirror" of the swing to 7/24 by the first self-produce after going together in the national tour of the lime star for one year in 2002. I release 3rd AL "PROJECT VIKING" to 11/27 in single "S.E.X featuring Rhymester" by the full-scale produce of the lime star to 10/30.

Korea movie releases Japanese theme music "I Believe" of "her of the bizarre-hunting" as a single person in 1/22 in 2003, and it is it with a topic as the musical piece that showed new one side. I transfer to Victor afterwards in a recordmaker. I release the first single "Summer Gorgeous" after transference to 7/23. I perform a tour nationwide as a start in six places to 12/30 Tokyo in 12/11 Sapporo.

Active as unit excellent "Full Of Harmony" at the time of the organization more eagerly from 2004 and start. "Exclusive" release single to 3/3. 9/22 single "Rhythm" release. 11/17 4th AL "life size Speaker" release. I perform four places of national autocrat live broadcasting.

I release 1/11 5th AL "DRAMA" in 2006. I release "BRAND NEW DAY" by the U.S. billboard chart No. 1 artist "Ne-Yo" produce to 9/20 and become the topic and, to 11/22, release "SWEET NOVEMBER" by producer unit "JIMI KENDRIXXX&JAIDEN" which is young and spirited which the U.S.A. whole land crossed for Full Of Harmony pays attention to. Sapporo / three places of tours in Osaka / Tokyo performed for the same period show arising becoming sold out immediately.

I release feature ring & produce single "G.O.O.D TIMES feat.Teddy Riley" of super big game hit maker "Teddy Riley" representing American R & B Sheen as the completion of the overseas recording from 2006 in 2007 to 3/21. I release work which I should right call the collected studies, 6th AL "W" of this a series of "foreign countries project" to 4/4. It is finished with five places of national autocratic live broadcasting size prosperity in May and receives the high evaluation of cheers from from a medium and Teddy Riley from going together, a spectator in Teddy Riley Japan Tour very much in autumn. I can have free winter with the release of the work which is made to right reaffirm the good point of the musical piece of Full Of Harmony called "White Album - Winter Best" for 2008 years and carry out an immediately national tour.

And, on April 30, I release the seventh piece long-awaited original album "ENERGY". I go in 2009 from autumn, this year, and the tenth anniversary YEAR begins! ! !
