"Trans of Life"formed in 1994 and since that time,has played in and around
Tokyo.
Performances and recordings have featured as many as 30 musicians from
all styles of the musical palette.
The 1st album "Voices Colors" was released in2002.
This was followed the album "Layered Tones", released in 2004.
These self produced recordings caught the attention of the overseas media
andDJs began giving the band radio air-play. The remix of "Hikari-no Mukou"
(a collabrotive effort with club music artist Kentaro Takizawa) charted in
England with DJ Nick Watson.This same track,remixed also by Yukihiro
Fukutomi,
was released by Victor Entertainment Japan on the complation album
"Tokyo Nu School of Jazz".
In 2005 the band changed producers to start recordings with Yukio Kudo,
(the brother of internationaly known actress Youki Kudo)
The 1st cut, "NA MIRA" caught the attention of Dj Danny Krivit and Ian
Friday
who played the track in clubs and brought "Trans of Life" recognition
and attentionin the club music industry.
The 2nd track, "BRAIN FOREST",is now set for an exclusive international
and domestic release on the complation "Cisco House CompactVinyl 3"on
Soundscape,Ltd.
The track will be featured in mega store throught Japan.
Presently,in 2007,the band is in the middle of recording,and produceing
their4th album.
