  • Bio

...... ...... Aah, the bio. Where else can you turn to read how a local band describes themselves as the latest best thing since their own favorite bands (insert name of said band's favorite band here) with a screaming, rabid fanbase (usually untrue), the best stage show since KISS (see above), all with a touch of the Beatles / Nickleback / Hinder just to make sure every potential listener is feeling included. My friends, we are none of that. Okay, maybe a little. We ARE the latest, best thing since the band we were last year, we almost always have SOMEONE screaming when we play a show (your rabidity may vary), and we absolutely love KISS (have you heard the song "I kissed a girl, and I liked it"? Very, very catchy.). We write songs that we love to play, and when we play other people's songs, it's usually stuff we wish we'd written. We're smitten with both pop music and hard rock; the stuff we grew up with; before singers started blaming their love lives on their crappy parents; and semicolons weren't just part of a bag of tricks used by a columnist in Rolling Stone. We're certainly not reinventing the wheel, but hopefully we can sort of make it stick to the pavement a little more, with more revolutions than Central America, and the tread will last longer than the trend, if you take my meaning. All with a touch of the Beatles, just because I like saying that. ..

Terry Lee Shayna: Vocals, Guitars, and Dive Bombs. Allen Korth: Vocals, Bass, and Much Needed Restraint when Terry gets a little Crazy. Chris Miller: Drums, Percussion, and Holding it together
  • Influences

Catchy, hooky stuff from many different eras of rock. U2's honesty, hopefully Van Halen's punch, Elvis Costello's intellect but Elvis Presley's swagger. Queen, The Stones, Beatles, Prince, Motley Crue, Johnny Cash, Billy Idol, Zep, Cheap Trick (the fathers of heavy pop), Squeeze, Kiss, The Police, Social D, and more modern rock such as Butch Walker, Foo Fighters, Hot Hot Heat, Our Lady Peace and waayyy too many more to mention. Anyone that rips, and has the balls to do their own thing, in spite of the trends. Sheesh.
  • Sounds Like

Pouring a pint of Guiness with a chaser of Bushmill's. No, really. Ok, maybe sounds like Tonic's first album, or Collective Soul or Ready, Sex, Go era Marvelous 3.
