Here I stand, underneath the heavens,
Waiting for a star to fall, so might I catch it.
Here I stand, underneath the heavens,
Waiting for a star to fall, so might I catch it.
Never more exists the fear held within the heart,
Until the long path into nothingness has been stepped upon,
By those who have seen beyond,
And spoken to those who lurk within that which has passed,
And that which exists within the realm of what lies ahead.
That which once was a fogotten soul,
Now shimmers dimly, against the twilight void.
Through eternal thought does the vortex expand,
to radiate from within, magnificent beams.
It's focus the infinate, since the beginning of time,
Awaiting a shell to inherit life once again.
For ancient man would predict modern man well.
He foretold a time of war and turmoil.
Man corrupt, now believes in a fate foretold by ancient man,
who he only remotely understands.
