    Ben has been performing stand-up comedy since 1993, based in the UK. Ben honed his comedy skills compering his own monthy comedy club before moving to the London circuit and gaining a reputation as a quick thinking and engaging performer.Ben has performed all over the world at festivals in Cape Town, South Africa, Auckland, New Zealand, Sydney, Australia, also in Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Prague and Switzerland. Ben hosted his own weekly music show on MTVUK and has appeared on British TV shows such as "Never mind the Buzzcocks" and "They think it's all over" aswell as the BBC's "Stand-up show" and Paramounts "The Comedy Store" and "The world stands-up" Ben has written gags for Paul Kaye (BBC's "Liar") and Jimmy Carr "Your face or mine" . Ben is a favourite TV show audience warm-up artist for the likes of Jonathan Ross and Graham Norton aswell as Jimmy Carrs "8 out of 10 cats" Ben has appeared in 2 TV adverts,(both for Beer coincidentally) and more recently did the voice overs on a series of "Emirates" radio ads. Ben recently completed a small role in an upcoming Britsh Independent movie entiltled "Miles Away" Ben has a famous cousin actor Martin Freeman (Tim in "The Office)
