Hi: I finally entered the professional world from college at the beginning of last year. My life has been very interesting as it has unfolded and I feel great powers have been at play. This would be impossible for me to describe on Myspace, but I have had many experiences and I have been many places.
..What I believe in..
First and foremost, I believe in individual freedom and self-autonomy. I also believe in preserving the environment to the best of our ability- as this has become a compelling necessity. America is a free country and it must remain that way for as long as it exists. It is up to each individual to ensure that our country stays as free as possible and rejects the growth of bureaucracy. Individuals ought to be left alone and allowed to pursue their dreams unless they are harming others or infringing on others' rights.
..My Background:..
After high school, I went in the Marines, where I served as an MP. I never pulled a gun on anyone and I never went to war. This truly is a blessing. I spent 2 1/2 years at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, and one year in Okinawa. Six months of my enlistment were spent training in Alabama and California, and taking time off.
Don't get me wrong: if you met me in public you might never guess I have been in the military. Or maybe you would, but I lack the tattoos most Marines get and I like being more of a gentleman. While I may seem all serious, I am being honest when I say I would never want to grow up. I like having fun and it seems the more I have learned, the more sarcastic I have also become.
After I left the Marines, I was already smarter than before. I began studying at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, ID for about one year. Then I transferred to the University of Idaho to study political science. Along the way, I decided to major in public relations as well. I graduated in May of 2006 with many brilliant people and I will cherish my time in college forever.
Summer is finally here and I can actually get some sun on my skin and exercise a lot. Hopefully I'll get to go to the beach a few times this year. I hope my friends and family are doing well, and I wish everyone I know the very best. Thank you all for your friendship. Please stay in touch.

Who I'd like to meet:
Philosophy and Journalism majors, esp. graduates or the equivalent--and Liberal Arts School graduates, etc. I love people who are passionate about life, open minded, and open to spontaneity and different ideas. Don't be discouraged if you don't match this description, because I may just want to meet you anyway.
Critical thinkers are great when they can say "no" to the world's images and magic shows. It's even better when they can provide arguments backing up their views.
Hey i just wanted to wish you good luck on your interviews...although i have no idea what time it is over there and whether or not they already happened...haha but the wish is still the same :) love yo sis (haha) (ok so i thought that was funny) (the yo part...haha yes I'm a nerd) anyways good luck!
You a-hole! I was really surprised by that! I thought I remembered celebrating it in the fall. . .but I just chalked it up to teenage craziness. I'm not as crazy as I thought. :P
(Happy EARLY birthday) I wondered why you hadn't mentioned having a birthday on the very first day of the year. Anyways, I hope you had a fun New Years. I heard the fireworks displays are spectacular there. Take care and best wishes for 2008!
A current favorite bug site of mine is www.whatsthatbug.com - they have all sorts of cool things to look at- along with many pictures of the house centipede and other weird stuff people have questions about. I sure hope the centipede will be tasting freedom once again.
