On December 23, 2007, at 11:00 am Todd Dogan was fatally shot in the back of the head, in broad day light, while using a public pay phone in East Baltimore, in the Church Square Communinty. Whitnesses say the gun-man walked up behind him and opened fired, the victem was pronounced dead on the scene. The gun-man ran off, the Police have yet to find any suspects..........................
