MATIÈRE GRISE est un groupe nantais, né en 2006, composé de 4 mc’s : M.Y.R, Lienj, Saïro et Z.
Fort d’un premier projet, sous la forme d’une Street-Tape intitulée «
Sous le Manteau » sortie en juin 2007, le groupe arpente les scènes
locales (1re partie de Kery James, 1re partie de Khondo & le velvet
club) et fait des apparitions sur divers projets de la scène nantaise
(Mixtape « DJ don’s », Mixtape « Lyrics Players », Mixtape « A flow
Tendus »).
Le groupe présente, à la rentrée 2009, son premier clip « Gardiens de nos vies » à mi-chemin entre le clip et le court métrage.
De plus, un nouveau design myspace est en ligne pour accompagner la
sortie du clip, ainsi que la mise en libre téléchargement du premier
projet du groupe " Sous le Manteau".
MATIÈRE GRISE prépare actuellement le second volet de « Sous le Manteau » prévu pour le début 2010.
