I have dreams where you read poetry to only me and your genius is mine.

Through your poems you have shown your ability, and shown me that I should never just look when I can actually see, and late at night in a smoky room - when I'm all alone - jamming on some tunes - I remember words that I heard from you. That's not bullshit, that's true. Back here, back home, back where you once roamed around without a microphone - we still get stoned and tap the ashes from the bowl, a few hot coals bringing ourselves to our souls. We're still here wherever you are, and we remember your face, and not just an empty glass on the bar. Have a pat on the back of where you come from, a tribute to you, for National Poetry Month! :D (Uh-huh, spillin' my skills without gettin' ill, and ridin' on the wheels of confusion! More Coffee...)
