About me:
I experienced recovery from morbid obesity through a raw food lifestyle.I have been eating raw for nearly 6 years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 12 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues.
My website, ‘http://www.rawreform.com’ has been providing raw guidance for others since 2004 and ‘my e-books 'Raw Emotions', 'How to go Raw for Weight Loss' and 'RawReform: Revealing the Physical Changes'’ also help thousands of people on this path to reclaim their health.
I keep a blog - ‘http://rawreform.blogspot.com’ where I chronicle my daily food intake as a 100% raw foodist, along with my adventures ;)
In February 2007, I completed a 92-Day Juice FEAST, which was well-documented on my blog. I released the book ‘’A Juice Feaster's Handbook'’ to help others who want to do long-term cleansing.
I am originally from England, but have spent most of the last decade elsewhere - Scotland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Thailand, America, Canada, Australia... Most of the time I am living in a magical space of feeling so blessed and blissed on my path - life is AMAZING and I am full of gratitude :)
