I'm down... but buy a new rope? Is that really necessary? Mine's still good- just 7 years old, a couple of falls, some loose threads. It still works. :-)
I broke down and bought a bike trainer... I love it! Not sure I installed it right, but the bike hasn't fallen off yet. Did your trainer come with its own bracket (that goes between the spokes)and did you replace yours with that one?
