I plan on skidding in sideways, chocolate in one hand, margarita in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, what a ride!"
I like crafts, riding the four-wheeler, old cars, motorcycles and family events. Camping, 4-wheeling and fishing are great! I have a 1968 Ford Mustang that we will be fixing back up, and I am only the second owner (dad being the first). My dream is to revive this little girl and return to buzzing down the road with her. Right now my husband and son have Ford Broncos and Ford Trucks.
I have started doing Geocaching, it is a great activity and easy to do. All you need is a simple GPS unit, computer access and a fun soul! Just check out www.geocaching.com.

I love country music - grew up with it so I listen to all years of country music. George Strait, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Chris Ledou, Dierks Bentley, Reba and of course Terri Clark just to name a few current favorites. Love Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Little Jimmy Dickens and Loretta Lynn. Love Southern Rock, it gets me moving! Rock and Roll from the 60's - the Beach Boys rock!

Anything with John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara, Tom Selleck, Sam Elliott, Robin Williams, Robert Duvall, Tommy Lee Jones, Meg Ryan, Julia Roberts and Mel Gibson. Love old movies like Cary Grant and Maureen O'Hara movies. She was one great, fiesty woman!

I have seen my husband demonstrate this to youth....it was hilarious.
Books
I must admit I have read all the Harry Potter books, Robert Parker, anything Steven King (Pet Cemetary scared me so bad that I can't see the movie yet), National Geographic magazine (not a book but an awesome magazine) and Mother Earth News (another mag).
Heroes
Anybody strong enough to join the armed forces. Right now that is a scary trip, and I am so very proud of each and every one of them. I wish them all well, stay healthy and come home.
Any assistance in teaching youth or youth teaching me about new ideas or fixing problems. Youth seem to know more than adults. I teach computer, ArcView GIS software, GPS and community readiness.
I love taking pictures of everything, but mostly nature. I like to receive tips from other enthusiasts and I love looking at other's pictures. They give me inspiration!
About me:
I am currently unemployed, working mostly full-time as the caregiver for my daughter this summer while she fights cancer. Though I do get to spend a lot of time walking the streets of San Francisco this summer.
I have two adult children 28 y/o son and 24 y/o daughter. Add to that cows, sheep, horses, one llama (Mr Sheep/Goat Protector), 2 Pyranese/Akbash females, one young Border Collie (Mike) and one very active Chocolate Lab (Bear). Then of course too many barn cats to even think about counting.
I love the Green Bay Packer football team and the UNR Wolf Pack football team. Sunday mornings I have to watch Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long on FOX. I love hockey too, rough sport! I wish we would get a hockey team back in Reno/Sparks again. That would be great! The Giants Baseball team. Now the Reno Aces Triple-A baseball.
I want to get a Harley, and I want to ride and not be the passenger. My uncle used to sell Harleys, and he raced them back in the day. And it is a blast riding the four-wheeler, but I am not a Sand Mountain rider. We like to go four-wheeling.

Who I'd like to meet: I wish I could meet John Wayne, Chris LeDoux, and my grandpa Ray again. Robin Williams would be a great dinner guest, as would Terry Bradshaw. I like to be entertained and laughing. I would like to go to Aaron Tippin's farm and drive his "Big Boy Toys!" That would be a blast!!! Spend a day with Terry Bradshaw doing anything or Brett Farve driving tractors jor hunting.
