About me:

I'm a writer/performer/consultant guy who served as King at Medieval Times, is Santa every Xmas season at a corporate event or private party near you, and also serves as a professor at the University of Bridgeport's Martial Arts Studies Department -- while also contributing columns to such mags as Asian Cult Cinema and Inside Kung-fu. There's loads of other stuff too, like more than a dozen books (fiction & nonfiction) that've been published (by Dell, Warner, and others), TV shows I've been a talking head on (A&E, Discovery, Starz, & beyond), DVDs I've contributed audio commentaries, cover copy, or liner notes to (you can see me on the "Kung Fu Hustle" DVD), creative consulting for ABC-TV, Sony, DreamWorks, & others, and such interesting/fun gigs as being an editor at Weekly World News.
