Her stage presence makes her shine, in the way that two years from now when she’s headlining a show at a stadium the size of a small city, I’ll be like…well at least I called the stage presence thing. She’s got the kind of star power that makes me feel like a sleazy record executive that actually says things like “star power.”

CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE:
There's a lot of New York in there, given the terrific, narcotic Truth Song and Holy Dirty Game. But that's only part of the story. Her magpie instincts make room for 60s girl-group pop, highly atmospheric ballads, and the kind of hoodoo vamp rock that's been bubbling up from basements since kids first learned to plug a guitar. She's a genuine talent all right, capable of both Ronettes dreaminess and riffs that Royal Trux last rode in on. There's a killer attitude, too. Watch this space.

" Raven-haired Manna exudes an attractive innocence, made ever more intriguing by the heavy bass lines and sleazy drums that surround her. She' s confident in front of a growing mass of people. “Holy Dirty Game” is Supernature era Goldfrapp with The Stooges “I Just Wanna Be Your Dog” paw prints all over it. “Truth Song” is Chrissie Hynde with Wooden Shjips guitar dirge. “It Only Hurts For a While” has a pop leaning, distilling elements of Roxette with The Cardigans and The Go Gos, for added 80’s flavour. Truth Song sounds incredible! Gorgeous 90's vibe reminding of early Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, Bat For Lashes and Siouxsie & the Banshees. One of the best songs I have heard this year. Manna's vocals are beautifully piercing yet at the same time soft, mystifying, haunting and addicting.
