I also have a very strange fascination ith pageants. It's seems to be a strange character flaw I've been afflicted with since I was about 4 or 5.
I mentioned sports before and I pretty much love them all. However, if you know me at all you know that I'm a rabid Duke fan. If you have a problem with Duke I may have a problem with you.

I'm a high-school drop out who became a college professor. Obviously I've experienced a lot in my life. Punk rock was my life for a long time and I'm still a punk girl at heart. The best friends I've ever had came from that scene and a I am forever grateful for the experiences that the scene gave me. Although I still love the music, I no longer live the lifestyle. I've morphed into an old married woman--a happy old married woman. Instead of thinking about what shows I'm going to see this weekend, I worry more about what I need to do around the house, what I'll be doing with my husband and what I need to do to get ready for work on Monday. I guess if I think about it I haven't abandoned all my punk rock roots. I married a tattoo artist who also happens to be a musician so I still sometimes think about what shows are ooming up--they just happen to be his. I guess you can take the girl out of the music scene but you can't take the music scene out of the girl.
Who I'd like to meet: Tony Hawk (since I was 13), Milo Aukerman (Descendents are my favorite band), George Clooney (He's just hot), Victoria Beckham (My style guru), Bela Karolyi (It's a gymnastics thing), Donald Trump (owns the Miss Universe Org)...I have varied interests.
