About me:
I'm a 37 year old electrician from England, at the moment I'm in the middle of filming the second series of the John & Baz's British Bodybuilding Show, formally known as The Brit Show on Bodybuilding.com.
I have lived in the UK and the States and travel as much as possible around the world, I am a self confessed extreme sports addict and have done almost every sport you can name from ice hockey to polo to mountain climbing and of course body building,I also run my own Martial Arts club, but the list goes on.
Been married for 11 years to the greatest lady ever who encourages me the keep pushing the boundary's and keep living the dream, I also have two dogs that are the most important things to me in life next to my wife (and my motorbike).
