Silent Catalyst is a two piece rock band from Toowoomba Queensland Australia. The band consists of Brenton Weir on guitar and vocals and John Larney on Drums. They has been together since mid 2006 and have played with various bands in Toowoomba, they have also played with bands from out of state. Check out All Underground Sound. A collaborative project between Kryptamistik & The Lowdown. We've just thrown up a couple of tracks off our upcoming 14 song album for you to scope out on our facebook page. The first single is called Flip The Situation, a reggae fused track featuring verses from Lotek, Skinz Markus and Cook. The other track we've thrown up is called Facepaint which is a song about people hogging the mic/rushing the stage/acting the fool during other people's sets. The track features verses from Lizard, Skinz Markus and Cook (who also produced the track) and cuts by New Year's Steve. Let us know what ya think

GIGS AND TOURING OPPORTUNITIES
We're looking for a support act for a series of Brisbane and SE Qld/NNSW gigs this year and for a national tour, including festivals, next year. The gigs and tour have promotional and managerial financial backing.
Support slots are currently available for The Zoo on Thursday 16th September and The Powerhouse in late October.
We're also looking for original artists and bands to book for a new Sunday afternoon Brisbane venue.
