I'm a gamer, yes, a gamer. That's right boys, real women DO play games!! Here's a little hint on getting the wife/GF to game with you... Don't load up some crap like HALO or Starcraft and think your ladies gonna think it's the coolest thing to do. It don't work like that. Also, you can't load it up and get her to play and then kill her REPEATEDLY. You're just asking for her to kick your ass. Start her off easily with a RPG or something a chick can get into, like an MMO where there is a social factor. Introduce her to someone who has a wife/GF playing and get the girls to be friends. This has worked for me and for other women I know who game. If you do end up playing a MMO with her, just realize that if you give her the crappy job of being your bot healer, it's gonna come back at bite you one day when she realizes that is what you did. When my husband and I first got married, I dabbled a bit in Quake with all of his friends, online. What REALLY got me addicted to the point of having to get my own computer was Everquest. We've been MMORPG hoping since then and I'm very active in FPSs, but only at LAN parties. They just aren't my thing and most women I play with don't care for them (see social comment above).
Who I'd like to meet: I'm a hermit, so I keep to myself pretty much. Actually, I'm not really a hermit, I just normally only interact with people I have something in common with or who know me. I'm one of those people who are really shy until they get to know someone, then anything goes.
Hey Hey congrats sooooooo Happy for yall! Mrs. Karen told my best friend Christian to tell me! (they work together) Yall will be wonderful parents! And... good news on my end we are having a baby also in March.. werent really trying but it just happened guess god was ready. We feel very blessed and are really excited! Who would have ever thought we would have children around the same time... God works in mysterious ways!
