......make....your....profile..cool......MySpace Editor by Rasheed Richmond.... October 16, 2006 Greetings Temple Club friends, We are very sad to announce the closing of the Temple Club, effective immediately. After five years (on the nose), many adventures and countless shows we have decided to close the doors. Thank you very much for all the support you have shown the club over the past 5 years. Without the patrons, bands and especially the staff, we could not have had such a great run. For those of you that have purchased tickets to upcoming shows, refunds will be available at point of purchase. Some shows are being moved to alternate locations so stay tuned to our site for more information. For establishments looking for great staff members, please email me personally and I can give you great recommendations from our staff members. Whether your needs are sound engineers, managers, bartenders, waitresses, security guards or janitorial, we have top notch personnel that could be valuable assets to your club. Thank you again Lansing. Jerome White Temple Club General Manager FOR MORE INFO GO TO http://www.lsj.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061018/NEWS01/610180348/1001/news

Thanks for everything Temple. Patrons, remember there are still bands in Lansing who need support. They may not be playing at a venue like temple, but we still need to go out and support them and continue to build Lansings music scene. So maybe one day..........

Thank you for all you have done for us over the years. From great shows to a great facility, you really did a great job. I will always remember the last show that I went to with Catch22. We skanked till we were falling over and the crowd even rushed the stage. The show was amazing. I even caught a drum stick after the show. It's memories like these that went down at the Temple Club.
