***Update*** Just recieved my placement for the JET Programme. Im living in Kyoto next year. And maybe the year after that, etc. Who knows? But, Im crazy psyched that i got my first choice. Its an incredible city. Ill be arriving in Japan Aug 6, then have a three day orientation in tokyo, then move to Kyoto after that. I dont know the details of where in Kyoto, what school, etc etc but I will put this info up as I get it *** Well, i guess its about time... i havent changed anything on my myspace account for toooo long. So, umm about me. i am a GRADUATE (haha, 5 yrs in the making!) of the university of victoria. i enjoyed my time there. i will miss it but am ready to move on. and what does that mean? JET!!! yes, i will be going to the land of the rising sun and electronics this coming aug 5th. cant wait but admittedly quite nervous. but unlike many jets i am not too nervous about the whole living in japan thing. more than that i am nervous about the whole WORKING thing. a responsible job?!?!? never thought id do one... and i have to pretend to have good grammer... wtf?!? anyways, i am SO psyched to see my Konan buddies again. yeah, we'll be all over japan, but come on, japan realy is quite small. we'll meet up for many beers, im sure of it...
