Envy Band started in Charles County, but they really from all over, Marland like you have Rondell, Rocket Rob & Slam from La Plata & Miss ''T''from Waldorf, Young Oc from Seat Pleseant & C.J. from La Plata/Fort Washington, Rick from La Plata, & Poo Dog from Landover/Waldorf, Reco from Oxon Hill/Fort Washington, C Note from Waldorf. We play most of the time down Elk's Home in New Burg,MD or at the Thai House in Waldorf,MD, but this May we going to be down VA. alot and next week we going in the studio to work on the upcoming album title (Envy Party) coming this "June" also look out for the new single "Fantasy World" (Octavia Groove) and "Envy Party". Envy Band pay alot of respect to the ones before us. We started by listen to Go Go and around the year 2000 Envy Band got together with 10 member in play for about one year and broke up so about a year later Slam found find new member but still had Rocket Rob, Rondell and Slam and got Poo Dog to kick for them so sent Poo had like some experience playing with C Note they got him to smack. And we got on track early 2006 in started playing with Junkyard Band every Saturday at the thai house and some Friday with X Clusion Band and around the summertime of 2006 everything started to fall in place for Envy Band. By the end of the summer we had three of Envy Band CDs in the St. Charles Mall and down New Market for sell and We had the biggest party ever down the Elk's Home December 29, 2006 to end the year off. Now 2007 is even better for us we already have a other CD for sell down New Market the 4/07/07 Live!!! and Envy studio album will be on sell this June at the New Market, The MUC store in Oxon Hill and at Jake's studio one down St. Mary and D.C. or you can call Envy Hotline @ 301-399-4507.
