Two artists, two styles, together they form one energy
Thursday Evening, Opening Reception: March 22, 6:30 – 9 PM
Exhibit: March 22 – April 8, 2007
The 1110 Gallery is pleased to introduce the paintings of two of Brooklyn’s eminent emerging young artists, Donovan Nelson and Kennis Baptiste. The theme “The Real and the Imaginary” brings together two totally different styles of expression.
Donovan Nelson brings to life his realistic interruption of life, energy and movement using the traditional portrait techniques.
Kennis Baptiste brings to life his interruption of life and movement using his own style of abstract and Noe expressionism.
