London based AntiProduct is a rock ‘n’ roll band consisting of five people (three boys, two girls), born in four different countries on
three different continents, that cannot boast of sounding, being or looking like any other band...ever! Their independently released
second album, “MADE IN USA”, has garnered rave reviews from magazines as diverse as Q, Spin, Rolling Stone, Big Cheese, and
AntiProduct, recently completeing it’s first US tour received accolades (“UK Artists Creating Year-End Buzz” reported ASCAP) and new fans as their infamous live experience can never dissapoint. The Baltimore Examiner notes “AntiProduct is building cult-like rabid fans.” AntiProduct “was the highlight of the night, they could have headlined, they kicked ass and it was hard for the other acts to top it!” wrote ‘underground elite’ Rock N Roll Experience.
One of the most successful DIY bands of all time, AntiProduct was most recently featured on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
performing their song “Bungee Jumping People Die” and can currently be heard on US radio stations ranging from West Coast
trendsetters such as Indie 103.1 and KROQ to AM Hit Radio stations such as WEIM on the East Coast. Dunkin Donuts has licensed
the AntiProduct track “Best Day Of Your Life” as part of their huge “America Runs On Dunki. Combining elements of punk, arena rock, metal, and hyperbolic radio friendly pop played with a nihilistic contempt for everything safe
and average, AntiProduct is fast becoming one of the most talked about bands in the rock ‘n’ roll underground worldwide.
The near legendary AntiProduct live experience (“Britain’s Best Live Band,” raves the Daily Mirror) has seen them tour the UK, Japan,
USA, and most of Europe several times with Ozzfest, Twisted Sister, Mindless Self Indulgence, Wednesday 13, The Muderdolls, The Wildhearts, The Damned and Hanoi Rocks as well as literally thousands of headline stints all their own. Their relentless touring schedule has built the band a devoted and rabid worldwide following whose dedication is renowned to rival
the band’s itself. AP is regularly called on by Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Marky Ramone to perform chaos inciting sets of AntiProduct versions of Ramones classics with Marky playing drums. Kerrang! Award-nominated AntiProduct performed for metal fans all over Europe and the UK with Ozzfest (starting a riot in Italy on live TV as well as the now infamous “Queen Mother” AP introduction to the UK Ozzfest), receiving utter loathing or unadulterated adoration. “The first hints in the name... AntiProduct,” says their frontman, known only as A. Product from beneath his giant trademark painted on smile. Currently working on material for their third album with Grammy winning multi-Platinum producer, Sylvia Massy (Johnny Cash, Foo Fighters, Smashing
Pumpkins, System of a Down, Tool, etc) in the US, the UK and Italy, AntiProduct look forward to spreading their warped sense of
fun and antidisestablishmentarianism (“The most fun band in the world of hard Rock,” The Sun) deeper into the psyche of the rock ‘n’
roll world. In explaining their reputation for aberrant public behaviour and shameless manipulation of all things media as “ridiculing the same
system you exploit,” AntiProduct has blocked London rush hour traffic by getting naked on top of a van driving through the streets; been bathed in urine
while wearing raw, festering meat as part of a fake TV game show for a Kerrang! Halloween feature (it was the biggest selling issue in
Kerrang!’s history); been sick on England’s most hated celebrity radio DJ/mogul, Chris Evans; at a photo shoot for fashion trendsetter,
The Face, eaten live worms to the delight and disgust of the fashionistas. The Guinness Book of World Records considers their single,
“The Better Than This Maxi-Single Box Set”, the longest single in history, clocking in at a weighty 55 minutes! As they infiltrate the
mainstream through their doctrine of “Metal Gum”, they promise even bigger insults to all things status quo.
