10 of 135MoreGus watched as the food appeared then looked at Jeannie then back at Shawn. "That's amazing," he said. Shawn gave a nod. "Yeah," he said. "Just think how easy any case can be for us now?" He smiled once at Gus but Gus was sitting down, grabbing one of the burgers.
Shawn looked at Jeannie then looked back at his friend. "Gus, Jeannie's is a real live genie," he said. "You know, the ones that grant you wishes and stuff?" Gus looked at Shawn then at Jeannie, a look that Shawn couldn't really tell if he believed it or not.
Shawn looked over at Jeannie, ignoring Gus's questioning expression about her bringing up some sort of secret. "I think we should," Shawn said. "It wouldn't hurt, I guess." He looked back at Gus. "Ready for a big secret, buddy?" he asked. Gus looked at Jeannie then back at Shawn. "Depends on what it is," he said.
Gus paused for a moment then took some skittles. Shawn stepped forward. "This is Jeannie," he said, looking at Gus. He looked at Jeannie. "This is my friend, Gus." He was still deciding if he wanted to tell Gus that she was a genie, but he decided to just wait for now.
Shawn turned his head when he heard someone coming and when he looked back at Jeannie, she looked completely different. "You can do things fast," he said then turned when the person, whoever it was, walked in. Shawn saw that it was just Gus. "Hey, Gus," he said. "Just hanging around here, bored." Gus looked at Shawn then at Jeannie. "With a date?" he asked. Shawn looked at Jeannie then back at Gus. "She's not a date," he said. "She's just a friend."
Shawn smiled. "I can already guess you'll be a good genie," he said. "In fact, I can sense that we'll get along just fine." He started thinking about how he had pretended to be a psychic for all these years and that now there could always be a possibility that he could become a real psychic. But, then again, if he was a real psychic, he couldn't have all the fun of pretending to be one.
Shawn looked around when they appeared in the Psych office. He put the skittles he was holding down on the desk and looked at her. "Sure, I'll keep you," he said. "Having a genie around could make things a little more interesting. Especially on a boring day." He didn't know what Gus would think about having a genie around all the time, but Gus wan't here to say anything about it.
Shawn ate some more skittles, not knowing if he should be sorry for her since her husband and master had died. He didn't know him, so he couldn't really find any reason for him to even try to feel sorry for her. He watched as something to drink popped out of nowhere. He looked back at her. "What's it feel like to be a genie?" he asked. "It must be pretty cool to get whatever you want just by blinking for it."
Shawn looked when when bags and bags of skittles started falling from the sky. He looked back at her. "Better than pleased," he said, grabbing a bag of skittles. He set the bottle down on the ground beside him and opened the bag, eating a few then looked back at her. "Why'd you leave Coco Beach?" he asked curiously then ate a few more skittles.
Shawn looked around then back at her. "We're in Santa Barbara, California," he said then paused when he heard what she said. "Grant me a wish?" he asked, thinking about what he could wish for, but there really wasn't anything he could think of. At least nothing he could pick first. Finding a genie had to be the most coolest thing that had ever happened to him. He looked back at the bottle then back at Jeannie. "How about a year supply of skittles?" he asked. It had to be the weirdest thing to wish for first, but he couldn't really think of any other thing to see if she was an actual genie.
