About me:
I'm a published author, a public speaker, a professional singer, a registered medical technologist and a certified personal trainer. My life may be unusual, but it's certainly not boring! I've started a blog as a preview of the topic of one of my upcoming books! Check it out blog I've started yet another blog...but I think you'll love this one. It's called The Fractured AnecdoteWho I'd like to meet:
.....Kindred spirits here on myspace. Otherwise and in a perfect world: James Earl Jones, J. K. Rowling, Robert Redford, Edgar Cayce, Aristotle, Edgar A. Poe, Oprah Winfrey, Mother Theresa, Agatha Christie, John Grisham, Steven King, Katherine Hepburn, Denzel Washington, William Shakespeare, Mozart, Bill Gates, Michaelangelo, Leonardo DaVinci, Wayne Dyer. It takes a lot to impress me, and all of these people are (or were) incredibly successful at their chosen avocations. It would be fascinating to sit down and talk to each of them and glean some wisdom!Hope you like this little sample of Sabbatical's music. The incredible Forest Ratliff on guitar and Your's Truly on vocals! Enjoy!

You’re a class act Betsey. It’s a privilege to be considered your friend. Thanks for being so true a friend to me and mine. Best wishes for you and yours.
LOL! Great story, Betsy, thanks for sharing it.
:)
Barry
Glad you enjoyed the post, Beth -- feel free to forward, and I'll keep 'em coming!
BTW, have you seen my website discussion board? It's a fun forum with a lot of interesting people from all over the world talking about the Rain Fall movie (recently wrapped shooting in Tokyo and NYC and starring Gary Oldman); the next book, called Fault Line; and writing, politics, single malt whisky, and anything else that strikes people's fancy, with a monthly chat on writing, too. So if you have a chance, stop by and say hello -- it would be good to see you there...
:)

How are you?
It's a rainy Friday here. Great weather for writing. I'm waiting for the proof copy of A Demon Awaits to arrive and just getting down to work on my next book.
Hope you've got a great weekend planned.
I know I'm ready for one.
I'm playing at Rider's Inn tonight - you should stop by if you are free.
The show starts at 7pm.
If you get a chance let Forest know too!
Thanks, Betsy. I will! We are getting close. My friend the editor and publisher (mostly NF and Tech stuff, but what the heck!) has made a commitment. Just a matter of time. How are you?
