This is a collection of experimental pieces, not intended in any means to be viewed as music, as much as as an expression. .. .. Intoxicatingly blending the sounds of symphonic, industrial, metal, electronica, and acoustic on top of a shifting environment of ambiance, 11th cent presents not music, but shifting tides of mood and theory. .. .. I'm simply seeking to create something, a place far, far away, yet at the same time deep inside you. .. .. Meet me there, and you'll see what I mean. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..culture of intercession:.... .. copyright Robert Janos 2004 .. .. ..T..he first album, finished in 2004, is a collection of oddities. .. ..A..lthough primarily wordless, the entire album is inspired by deep personal hardship, and portrays the constant falling and rebuilding of the mind when faced with a reality crumbling experience... ..R..anging from remixes of bethoveen and bach, to the driving metal edge of 'cheese', 'culture of intercession' has a broad range of styles... ..M..ost tracks have an electronic basis, with crunching industrial beats and floating symphonic accents, often with classical overlays... ..A..lthough odd in texture, culture of intercession provides a vibrantly thoughtful atmosphere... ..F..rom the tranquil sounds of tracks like 'sky's savior' and 'coliseum of liles' to the often droning yet meditative feel of 'i wind' and 'raining inside'; 'culture of intercession' provides a diverse environment: provoking a mindset far outside the usual matrix of thought... ..W..hile 'violet' and turquise moon' will seem to give birth to an insanity that cleaves deeply into your brain, others will simply boggle, confound, or inspire... .. .. .. .. ..the massive revolution:.... .. copyright Robert Janos 2007 .. .. .. ..T..he second album, a working title in '07. .. .. ..S..lighly more mature, 'the massive revolution' is also much mellower... ..M..ostly ambiant tracks, once more haunted by sparse vocals. 'the massive revolution' introduces accoustic guitar to the mix... ..A..s it's still a work in progress, several tracks are missing, including the more mystical, yet revealing later half of the album; which contains slightly more traditional songs, as well as the offset ambiance and transfigurational thought known to be 11th cent... .. .. ..
