The Long and Winding Road
Since I have been messing around on my dad's guitar, starting at about the age of four, I was in love with the guitar. The Beatles, Elvis, and Motown encouraged my love for music. During my years of trying to figure out how to actually play when I was younger, there was always people in my home town of Ironton, Oh. That was always there to show me some new tricks. I used to get one of my neghbors to to tune my guitar for me. When he wasn't available I went to Dick's Record Shop in Ironton, to put new stings on my guitar and tune it for me. He finally got tired of it, I am sure, and one day made me do it myself. He said if you can't tune it, you can't play it. Very true though. After college I saw an add in the paper looking for a guitarist. I answered and it was a dude, (Chuck Oney), I have seen play live a couple times and I really wanted to be in the band. It was a new band he was forming. He had already been out on the road and I guess wanted to pursue a musical career in music he wanted to play. Even though I seemed kinda nerdy, and honestly I didn't think I was all that good at the time, he gave me a shot at being in the band. WOW!!! my first real band! The band was and is ONEY. I grew alot from that experience. I met so many great musicians and friends I can't count. Later, as time went by, we all had different directions and that is natural. But the good thing is, there will be some sort of reunion soon, so all you Oney fans thanks for still being there to help make it a possibility!!!
Not long after that A former guitar student, (Greg Gilbert), and his band asked me to sing for his new band. I am so glad I did. We wrote some good songs together. That band was called Santa Claws "N" Sculls. Some of you don't even want to know where that name came from, But those that do, the bears are still dancing!!!
After that experience, a band called Rezin looks me up and wanted me to be thier guitarist. I had already become friends with most of them so I said sure! Man, did we create such a stir of controversy!!! It was great! We held our own Rezin Fest, campaigned for Gatewood, and did some recordings I will always be proud of.
Then came Sandlewood, or Mezcalwood, whatever people called us was a short attempt but alot of great music came from that group.
Altimately, I ran into a brother that I had never met. Long story but true. We started writting and performing anywhere anyone would let us. Alot of expirience came out of that for sure!!!!
I am constantly changing songs on my page, One, to keep it fresh, and Two, to show all my friends my musical history that I am forever proud of, And Three, To have a chance to play some new songs that are in the works constantly. If you are interested in hearing more songs from me then go to http://www.xampy.com/Mezcal. These are all demos that I have been working on but I am giving them an early release just to see if I get any kind of responce at all. It would be great to hear any feed back. Hey, I already know that the production is lacking in some areas because I only use a 4-track to record my demos. Overlook that and let me know what you think. I am counting on your opinion.
After having my old My Space page hacked and deleted it was dissapointing, because I lost alot of friends that I could never find them all,(Hopefully they will try to find me as well.), I almost did'nt have the heart to do this all over again. But I am glad I did. I hope my new page turns out as cool as my last one...And it is already turning out to be pretty alright.

Hi Mick Daniels, Heaven & Earth is on hiatus now as Stuart Smith and Richie Onori have joined forces with bassist Steve Priest to reform "Sweet". For those of you unfamiliar with the band, Sweet originally formed in the early 70s and went on to sell over 40,000,000 albums with 11 International Top Ten Hits such as "Ballroom Blitz", "Little Willy", "Love is Like Oxygen", "Fox on the Run", "Teenage Rampage", "Action", "Blockbuster", "Hellraiser" and many others.
This reincarnation of the band reformed last year, playing their first show in June, and went on to play festivals throughout Canada and the States and had played to over 300,000 people before the year was out. During this tour last year they recorded a live CD available on Amazon entitled "Sweet, Live in America" which has received rave reviews - pick up a copy and please Add Sweet As Your Friend On Myspace!

Introduction My name is Ramesh Klinkert and I would like to thank you for being a part of my friendlist!
Most people in my list are people that would love to grow and make their life an amazing adventure. Most of them have seen that marvelous movie 'The Secret'
Announcement Since a few days ago the sequel has become available. The name of this movie is called 'Beyond The Secret' and if you would like to watch the Sneak Peek, you can.
In the movie you will meet some people that I have had the pleasure of meeting myself last September in West Palm Beach. If you wish to read more about that you can visit my Squidoo Lens - Beyond The Secret Reviewed.
Thanks Either way, thanks again and I will speak with you later.
MINNEAPOLIS – The $1.92 million verdict against a Minnesota woman accused of sharing 24 songs over the Internet could ratchet up the pressure on other defendants to settle with the recording industry if the big fine can withstand an appeal. In the latest trial, a federal jury in Minneapolis ruled that she must pay $1.92 million for willful infringement of the recording industry's copyrights by posting the music on the file-sharing site Kazaa. Under federal law, the recording companies are entitled to $750 to $30,000 per infringement but the law allows the jury to raise that to as much as $150,000 per track if it finds the infringements were willful. The jury decided on $80,000 per song.
This is so messed up.. but nothing surprises me anymore.. The lady that they are trying to get almost $2 million dollars from is a single mother of 4! So my friends in honor of the recording industry I would like to give you the gift of new music.. Feel free to DOWNLOAD the songs FOR FREE on my page... don’t worry.. I won’t sue you ;) <img .."visibility:hidden;width:0px;height:0px;" border=0 width=0 height=0 src="

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
