About me:
I am a painter--figure and portrait. When not painting a commissioned portrait of people or pets, I'm developing a series of portraits for galleries and exhibitions. The most recent is based on music--opera, jazz, local, live. Because I love music as much as painting, combining the two is a very natural development for me.
For information on commissioning a painting, ordering a print, or to see more of my work go to www.habets-studio.com...
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who shares my love of art and music.
For a limited time, if you buy the CD direct from mrballad.com,delivery is free anywhere in the world and you will receive an exclusive mp3 download.
You can listen to all the tracks from both my albums at mrballad.com
Letting you know that my upcoming album “Underwater Balloons” is now available for PRE SALE.
The album will be officially launched on the 9th of September. By purchasing the album before it’s official launch you will get 2 mp3’s of your choice from my previous albums “Personal “ and “Blue” You can have a listen to some songs from “Underwater Balloons” on my page, on my “PLAYLIST” player. That would be the black one. (Not the original MySpace band players.) The songs on the player are only pre mixes.
Ooooohhh...we missed you Friday! The blog is up. I'm a dead woman walking. Whatever happened to those days when I could actually go out, have fun, and NOT pay for it for a week? ;)
Hidey-ho! What can I say, Moondog's was...Moondog's. They were late, I was crabby, and it wasn't the best time I've ever had. I did post a brief review/bit of whining in an older blog, but there wasn't much new to report. We missed you! As for Mr. Oldman (*sighs*), if you are interested, check out http://garyoldman.info for some great pics/desktops/icons as well as news and information. At the moment, I'm rather taken with this one (*sighs again*): PS: If this posts twice, I'm sorry. I'm having MySpace issues again!
i am asking my fiends if they can help me to collect donations for some friends of mine that are from Texas. They are doing an east coast tour at the start of may called "The Green Light Tour." The theme of the tour is Global Emissions Awareness and they are stopping off in Montreal to play with me!!
By the way they are helping to spread the news to how to do your part in the fight against global warming.
You can visit my page to see the banner and all the links are there for you to visit their pages. There is a donate button right under "The Green Light Tour banner." If you donate 1$ that would be appreciated.. if more.. than that is up to you. You can donate what you want :) That is “if” you want.
The donate button works with Paypal, e-checks and major credit cards.
