Got my turntables and first mixer back in 1988 and I have been scratching ever since. My goal is to make scratching sing. Preferably long extended lyric lines like in Italian Opera. This also implies that I will need to scratch legato. You might think this is impossible considering that scratching is very percussive in nature but if one studies Radu Lupos piano playing you will see that percussive instruments can be made to sound like they sing legato lines.
Also member of the now retired bands Scratchaholics and Universal Riddim (Rub a Dub records). Swedish DMC dj champion and has represented sweden 3 times in the DMC world championship. Got ingame music in the xbox 360/PS3 game "The Darkness". Released 3 records for scratch djs and is featured on a bunch of other artists records.
