Everyone lives for someone or something. We believe that living for Jesus Christ is the only way to experience life to the fullest. Paul wrote in Philippians 1:21, "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." Believing that our mission is to live for Jesus Christ, each believer is to be involved in a passionate pursuit of an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through personal and corporate worship. Our relationship with Christ is to both integrate and impact every phase of our being and doing.
Those people who are believers are to interact with one another in caring and genuine relationships that involve encouraging, praying, discipling, and serving one another. Every believer is called to ministry and ought to be continuously building relationships, meeting needs, and sharing the gospel with unbelievers.
The Christian life has a rhythm, and the church must stay focused on the basics of this rhythm. Regular times of solitude, meaningful small groups, and authentic corporate worship provide the necessary encounters with God to then engage an unbelieving world in ministry and evangelism. To live in total and reckless abandon for Jesus Christ is a lifelong process that requires being anchored in the Word, saturated in prayer, empowered by the Spirit, and consumed with God's glory.
