Aloha, my name is Kathleen

A famous coach once said: "The BIG thing is not what happens to us in life, but what we DO about what happens to us."

I have found that one of the most challenging things we must learn in life is to persevere and press in throughout life if we are to succeed.

Every day we are faced with challenges. Some are pleasant, others are not. No matter who you are, or what your position in life, you must persevere to achieve what you desire.

It doesn’t seem right and sometimes unfair, but this is the way life is; a constant challenge within one’s self to be physically fit and strong when you take on the day-to-day of life.

If you're not aware of this and expect otherwise, then you're asking for constant disappointment. People who fail sometimes do not realize that the simple answer to everyday achievement is to just simply keep pushing forward.

It’s challenging and exciting. The tougher the job the greater the reward, and winners are the ones that stay in the game and persevere. Losers don’t necessarily know why they lose, but it’s important to know that health, happiness and success depend upon that “preserving” spirit of each person.

I’ve been a life coach for the past 7 years and a mentor of sorts for many years before that, and I know one thing for sure:

We can all use a little help when it comes to figuring out how to make things happen. That is why I’ve worked with my own business coaches these last few years. Not only have I gained a great deal of knowledge in business and in “New Media Technology,” but I have also learned I have a lot to offer others as well.

"Along with that, I’m looking at how to leverage my time and efforts to the best benefit in working my business. I’m looking to create different types of strategies that will help me to help others get ahead as well. I work with a team of people that are just awesome, and I am committed to continue to sow into their success. And I’m looking for more people that are looking to do the same. "

I have recently been exposed to some amazing tools that have helped me to grow my business and get myself outside the proverbial “box.” Today’s world is moving at such a pace that one must be willing to stay ahead of the curve. That takes a desire to keep pressing into the uncomfortable and learn new things.

Now I'm working to accelerate that knowledge and experience into something beneficial for me and others.
