If you like strawberries, we have a bit of a strawberry theme going on this month.
In honour of our book of the month - Strawberry's Surprise - we have a little video about growing strawberries at a Pick Your Own farm.

If you know anyone with little ones in the house, or who works with children, please let them know that we have turned our January Book "Parsnip Meets A Snowman" into a short voiced-over film. It's on our myspace page and on youtube.

The book of the month is always available to read free on our own website www. thefoodiesbooks. com but we thought this would be a nice way to reach children who are not yet starting to read.

So if anyone wants to help their child make the connection between weather / seasons and the food they eat, this is a little fun starting point.
