I've practiced a form of Kundalini Transcendental Meditation for a long time. I have taught topics like Conflict Resolution, DMA, and Creative Visualization in seminars. I like to be outdoors. I like most physical activities. I like to be at peace. I like to have lots of sex with women I have a meaningful attraction to. I keep myself emotionally available by not getting involved in non-meaningful sexual relationships. I like to think and create. I like to be caffeinated. I like to be stoned. Lately, I've been going to the library and ripping every CD they have that I like to my PC. That will keep me busy for a while, and is a dividend for all those tax dollars I've paid into the library system :) Eclectic: Rock, Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Reggae, Folk, Classical, and much more. Recent rips: "Speak No Evil" and "footprints" by Wayne Shorter, "The Prisoner" and "Empyrean Isles" by Herbie Hancock, "Live in Stuttgart 1964" by Charles Mingus, "Greatest Hits" by Pure Prairie League (ok, I'm sentimental), "Can't Buy a Thrill" by Steely Dan... ....
Movies
Some of what I've seen recently on DVD from the Public Library - Music video, like classic Jazz performances and the like. I've also ripped some from friends like Kong who get awesome music DVDs.Television
Don't watch much. My DVR has been full with the same stuff since March of 2006. I've been draining it bit by bit since I brought it back to my apartment. Adult Swim when I happen to catch it on someone else's TV.Books
