Toen ik begon meer dan twintig jaar geleden met het Odal project ging alles nog via de cassetteband het enige wat te beantwoorden was aan het D.I.Y idee en was toen zeer fanatiek wat betreft het ruilen met de andere labels en dus ook met het eigen geluiden maken en eveneens op cassetteband te zetten het idee alleen al dat anderen naar jouw geluiden luisteren en ik dat van anderen dus ook in Nederland heerste er een ware cassettecultuur zowaar Willem de Ridder (VPRO) er aandacht aan ging besteden en Frans de waard elk jaar zn beknopte cassettelabelcatalogus uitgaf echter de laatste tien jaar van de vorige eeuw is dat behoorlijk achteruit gegaan en deed vooral de CD zn intrede en kreeg de cassette cultuur een behoorlijk knauw maar ik hou hoop en brei rustig verder met het label STRONT als je nog spul te ruilen hebt gaarne!***************
