    .......... A product of a singer/radio show host father and artist mother. Started playing piano at age 8. Wrote my first song at age 8. Classical, jazz, pop training on piano, theory and songwriting. The usual rock/pop cover bands through high school (falling asleep in first-hour class a lot). On the road with an 8-piece R&B band at age 18. Los Angeles at age 21, working for Capitol Records. While in L.A., I wrote "And The Night Comes Down" in the basement of a notoriously "haunted" house that once belonged to the great Hollywood movie director, Cecil B. DeMille. "And The Night ..." has become a favorite among fans who seem to sense the vibe of the place where the song was written. I rubbed elbows with a few celebs (unavoidable in L.A.), Ron Miller ("Touch Me In The Morning") inviting me to be a part of his songwriting group, Nirvana producer Butch Vig bringing "Front Lines" to the attention of Atlantic Records (thanks, Butch!), and slated to tour with Chris Izaak in Europe but tour ultimately canceled. Two of my songs have been released on a compilation CD box set "Worldjam" on Worldwide Records and "Airtrax" CD series on Antithesis Records. I am currently approaching American and European record labels. Regardless of how tough things get, one can always count on the power of music to inspire, energize and comfort.
