Okay kit-kat,

It's time to roll out the red carpet for all my loyal myspace friends...

In honor and celebration of Earthgirl's 1st official year at San Diego Comic-Con (July 25 - 29), I'm giving away some AWESOME SWAG (an Earthgirl tshirt, a kick-ass-one-of-a-kind poster ((seriously, I only had two made)) and a real stalpik) in a drawing on Sunday, July 29. You need not be present to win.

If you can't make it to the con, no worries --just hit me with a "good luck in San Diego" in the comments section of my blog and you'll be entered twice in the drawing.

If you CAN make it to the con, stop by my booth in the Small Press Area (L-5) and I'll make sure you're entered four times...and give you a little something special to boot. :)

I love you!!

Net Neutrality, which is the basic principle of keeping the inernet neutral so that we, the consumers, are free to view whatever pages we want, is under attact. If net neutrality is not passed, things are going to change big time. The internet will become one huge commercial, and many of the internet freedoms you and I take for granted will be gone.

If the bill does not pass, we may find ourselves paying hefty tolls to use websites like eBay, Google, and MySpace, shopping online, view streaming video and audio, and even download music and other media (that includes pr0n). Its important that as many people as possible get involved in this as possible.

http://www.freepress.net/news/16203 - If youre still unsure about Net Neutrality, this is a link to a news article that explains it further.

http://www.myspace.com/savetheinternet - this is the URL to the MySpace of an organization that is spearheading the fight for the net neutrality bill. Stop by and view some of the videos so that youll be informed about whats going on.

http://www.savetheinternet.com - This is the main website for that organization.

http://action.freepress.net/campaign/savethenet - here you can sign a petition to help push for the net neutrality bill.

Net Neutrality has already been voted against in the house of representatives, and unless it does not earn more support, we may lose our right to choice on the internet.

Your love life wont be better for passing this on. You wont die if you dont pass it on withing ten seconds. But by ignoring this bulletin you are not only ignoring your obligation to be involved in our countrys government, but surrendering your rights as an American citizen.

If you dont want to be told what you can and cannot do on the internet, get involed. AT THE LEAST post this on your MySpace blog and repost it to the bulletin board. You should also sign the petition .

You should make a joke about the Rice Cooker, where the A.R.C. is all about how he is cooking the rice by steaming it... And then the Rice makes him really Angry for some reason, And then the Rice Cooker could be like "Ok Rice, Now I am Steaming Mad!"
And then he Steams the Hell out of the Rice till it is truly Steamed Rice.

Haha. The Sims one is priceless; I've said something along the same lines to a friend of mine who got addicted who sneered at me for playing too much EarthBound.

My fond memories of the SNES are formidable.
