Photo-Morpholinos activated in zebrafish tails
Photocleavable Morpholino oligos were used to disrupt Piezo1 function in zebrafish embryos; antisense activity was released in the tails of zebrafish with a steerable UV light beam.

Morpholino probes for in situ hybridization
Anne has shown that fluoresceinated Morpholinos, in combination with antibodies binding fluorescein, are effective as in situ hybridization probes in zebrafish embryos.
