Different
"I call on the Lord in my distress, and he answers me. Save me, O Lord, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues...." - Psalm 120: 1-2
God has made us all unique from one another, and I love it. I love His creations, I love Him, though I cannot understand why He loves me as much as He does. He has brought me to a new place, and He will continue to bring me to new places, just as He has introduced me to new people and will continue to bring new people into my life. He has given me more than I could ever deserve.
I love Him with all my heart, and He is first in my life.
One of my favorite passages in the Bible, and one that does much to encourage me when I am down:
"I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you - the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm - he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." - Psalm 121
