We specialize in the development and promotion of unsigned artists. Many professional agencies will gladly accept contracts in exchange for promoting a product that is not commercially viable. The distinction we bring to the table is complete artist development from start to finish. The final result is a long-term professional product worthy of promotion. If we wouldn't buy it, we wont sell it. Artist Development From songwriting to music-production to stage presence, undeveloped artists require one-on-one coaching to facilitate their continued growth. Artists must be self-starters and self-learners but that process begins with songwriting. This is the heart of an artist's performance and their core-selling product. Without music it does not matter what they say, how they dress or how impressive they perform on stage. We work with artists to write and produce music worthy of widespread radio play. Promotion There is a dramatic misconception within the music industry that an artists' fan-base must be totally unrelated strangers. This is a complete lie perpetuated by arrogant musicians who are not receiving praise from their peer groups. The primary goal of a beginning artist is to gain support from their friends and co-workers. These are individuals who know the artist directly and who will cheer their work publicly. The goal is not to sell an artist to the public, but rather for the public to sell the artist to their friends. Taking this strategy will grow their fan-base without a 'direct sales' strategy. Our goal is to grow an artists' fan-base in their local markets, so that a national brand will be able to promote an already successful artist. Business Model The most neglected element of promotion is the acquisition and usage of funds. The primary method of making money through music is music sales, specifically online sales. Record labels and distribution companies will not take a risk on unproven and unsuccessful musicians. In order to be considered for a larger contract or sponsorship, an artist must be well received within a local market. The goal is to take over one market, and then branch out to another. An ideal client for us is an artist who is genuinely hungry for success, and who wants to create outstanding music. Do not send us individuals who are curious about the industry or indecisive as to whether this could be a potential career. We only want to work with driven, intense artists who will put forth all the effort we demand into their craft and brand.
