About me:
The name is Rick Zar. I play 12 string acoustic guitar for a living. My website is WWW.RICKZAR.Com. I play original stuff, much of it instrumental pieces. I will play close to 200 live shows this year, about 70 more than i did last year. I do some strumming and lead work on my 12 but mostly do fingerstyle. My gosh, i have been playing for many years now.The musical journey is both blessed and hard. I am grateful for the good friends that we meet. My Music is a cross between Jimmy Page and Leo Kotke,Tony Iommi and Doc Watson..I jam on a 12 string, and most folks havent heard it like this.......Check out my CD MESTIZO.... The Goddess rules!
