Here's the short version: .... Golden Robot Army.. is a Seattle based rock and roll band that plays zombie love songs, epic songs about homeless drunks, and celebrations of african kings. We operate on a donation model: all our music is free to take and share (as long as you're not profiting from it); if you like what we do, buy merch and donate money at our website or in person. ..Here's the long version: .... Golden Robot Army.. was started at the end of 2006 by Alexander Malloy after his band Dangermart came to an end. Over the last several years, we have played awesome shows all over the Pacific Northwest, put out an EP ('like lightning') and an album (You Will Be Safe), and made music in a dizzying array of styles. After experimenting with so many genres, we have come back to what we know best: Rock And Roll. We have learned much, and we want to share it with you.
