Professors Hodge and Danks, and their assistant, Madeline Brown are seeking members of the public to participate in a field study. The study aims to test a powerful theory of The Causes Of Sudden Involuntary Laugh Events. They are looking for men and women over 18 years of age regardless of medical history. Participants need not have laughed prior to the study. The study is anonymous.

Hodge, Danks and Brown have secured space at the Pleasance Theatre throughout August. This is to coincide with the largest arts festival in Europe, The Edinburgh Festival. They hope to collect valuable data during this time.
