Dr. von Pnok (Fr)
Coming straight out of an old dusty lab, Dr. Von Pnok is not your average mad doctor. Inspired by composers like Koji Kondo or Aphex Twin, the failed scientist tries to digest his influences using old music formats. Living as a recluse in his pixelized mansion, Pnok is obsessed by the art of programming chips and bending toys. Precise and unhurried, he tirelessly spends every night experimenting the science of DIY. With a unique combination of fast breakbeats and powerfull pulses, he creates a disturbed Lo-Fi music aimed to the brainfloor.

Glomag has been making 8 bit music since 2001 and is one of the original NYC chiptune crew.
He Played to a packed house at Blip and have toured around Europe a few times with Bubblyfish and others. music has played in films, on television and on the internet.

Marc Nostromo (BE)

M-.-n started digging the guts of the Gameboy in June 2004... Since then, he's been developing a specific style by taking a straight electro-dance floor approach, combined with gritty sounds & high drills that he now refers to as 'discodirt'. He's been taking his Gameboys on the road in many countries including his homeland, Belgium, but also France, U.K, Russia, Netherlands, Australia and Blip.

His journey into electronic music started in the late ’80s. with the in Holland famous ’turn up the bass’ albums. Later on besides house he descovered italo, electro and techno music. He saw people making music with gameboys!! how did they do it? He found out they used LSDJ and NANOLOOP so he went out for a quest and the cartridges were found ... last action hero was born!

Ds10 is net als nanoloop of lsdj een programma voor een nintendo handheld. Echter, zweren de meeste 8bitters bij de grijze monochrome gameboy, is ds10 geschreven voor de nintendo ds.
hoewel het geen 8bit is mag deze niet op GAME_OVER ontbreken, de meesten zullen tenslotte geen muziek maken maar spelletjes spelen op de nintendo ds.

As an up-and-coming chiptuneartist, Retroboy Timo has immediately made a big impression with his beautiful, nostalgic sounds, that conjures up images of far away castles, perilous dungeons and beautiful princesses waiting to be saved by a horny italian with a big moustache.
Retroboy's music is focused on melody rather than aggressive drums/rhythm. With creative use of game-like sound fx as instruments within his songs, he is developing his own style of chiptunes.

DJ-pck has toured as DJ with well-known peoples from the 8bit-scene, like firestARTer. Tonight he will play the bleebs on GAME_OVER.
